Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with a B.Com background to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Sales, Operations, IT) to resolve issues
  • Assist customers with billing, invoicing, payments, and account-related queries
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or management when required
  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards

Educational & Technical Skills

  • B.Com graduate (Commerce background preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, and financial concepts
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Customer-focused and empathetic attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Good coordination and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Experience in customer support, call center, or back-office operations
  • Exposure to ERP, accounting, or billing software
  • Multilingual communication skills
