Job Overview

TechSmew Innovations Pvt Ltd is hiring System Administrator Interns who are interested in building a career in IT infrastructure and system administration. This is a 3-month internship, and candidates who perform well will be converted to full-time roles. A monthly stipend will be provided during the internship period.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily system administration and IT support activities
• Help install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Support basic troubleshooting of Windows OS, software, and network-related issues
• Assist with user account management, access control, and password resets
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and patch installations
• Maintain IT asset and system documentation
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior system administrators

Required Qualifications

• Any degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related disciplines
• Basic knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and networking concepts
• Interest in system administration and IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with remote support tools (AnyDesk / TeamViewer) is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Internship & Conversion Details

• Internship Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: Provided based on performance and monthly evaluation
• Full-Time Conversion: Based on performance, technical learning, attendance, and discipline
• Post-Conversion Role: System Administrator / IT Support Executive
