Zepio is a mobile-first ecommerce and marketplace SaaS platform that enables merchants to launch their own online store, branded apps, and multivendor marketplace without technical complexity. We work with growing brands, retailers, and hyperlocal businesses across India.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Technical Support Executive who will assist customers in onboarding, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth platform usage.

This is not a passive support role. The candidate must take ownership of resolving issues and improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound support queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with platform onboarding and initial setup
  • Conduct product walkthroughs when required
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the development team when needed
  • Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
  • Follow up with customers until resolution is complete
  • Identify recurring issues and report improvement suggestions
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English required)
  • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms / web applications
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and ticketing systems
  • Basic technical knowledge (browser issues, login errors, payment gateway basics, etc.)

Preferred

  • 1–2 years experience in customer support or technical support(Freshers can also apply)
  • Experience in SaaS / startup environment
  • Familiarity with basic troubleshooting and flow understanding

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,731.72 - ₹37,211.26 per month
