Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in a digital marketing agency who can drive client acquisition, manage relationships, and close deals for digital marketing and branding services.
This role involves direct interaction with hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients, both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and close deals through calls, meetings, referrals, and networking
- Build and manage strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and corporate client
- Present agency services, proposals, and capabilities confidently
- Coordinate with internal marketing and strategy teams for customized proposals and quotations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Support smooth client onboarding and internal handover
- Stay updated on digital marketing and healthcare branding trends
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Digital marketing agency experience is mandatory
- Proven track record of meeting sales and client acquisition targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident, result-oriented, and process-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines
- Fluency in English (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
