• Implement and configure Microsoft Purview for enterprise data governance, including setting up accounts, collections, scans, classifications, and business glossary.• Execute data source onboarding and scanning for Azure and on-prem systems (ADLS, Azure SQL, Synapse, SQL Server, Power BI), ensuring accurate metadata capture and refresh schedules.• Apply and manage data classifications, sensitivity labels, and policies within Purview and integrate with Azure security and access controls.• Configure and validate technical and business lineage to support data traceability, impact analysis, and compliance requirements.• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization of Purview scans, metadata accuracy, and governance workflows while working closely with data engineers and stewards
