Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Remote Network Support Technician to provide technical support for network systems, servers, and user connectivity issues. This role involves remote troubleshooting, monitoring network performance, and assisting onsite teams when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote support for network issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and access points remotely
- Monitor network performance using remote monitoring tools
- Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments
- Assist users with connectivity, email, and VPN problems
- Configure VLANs, IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP settings
- Document issues, solutions, and network changes
- Coordinate with onsite technicians for hardware replacement
- Maintain security updates and patches
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, or similar equipment
- Experience with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP)
- Knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNA, Network+, or Fortinet certification
- Experience with cloud networking (Azure / AWS)
- Experience with firewall and VPN setup
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
- Experience supporting multi-location businesses
Work Requirements

- Quiet workspace for remote support calls
- Availability during business hours (EST time zone preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
