Customer Experience Associate (International Process)

Location: Bengaluru
Salary : 30k to 35k CTC(inhand around 25k to 30k depends on the process)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: 24/7 Rotational / US Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries related to:
• Airline reservations, cancellations, refunds, and travel assistance
• US Healthcare inquiries and customer support
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
• Maintain high-quality standards and adherence to process guidelines
• Process customer requests via voice, chat, or email (as per process requirement)
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 10+2 / 10+3 / Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• Experience:
• Freshers can apply (Airline Process)
• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of International Voice experience (US Healthcare – Mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Good computer knowledge and typing speed
• Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
