India (Preferred: Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad– Travel Required)
Role Summary
We are seeking a commercially driven Flow Cytometry Product Manager to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and technical sales excellence across India.
This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, application expertise, and market development, and will be responsible for enabling regional sales teams, driving key account conversions, and shaping the company’s flow cytometry portfolio strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1️ Revenue & Business Growth
- Drive flow cytometry instrument and consumables revenue across assigned regions
- Develop and execute annual product sales strategy and forecasting
- Identify high-value opportunities in:
- Immunology
- Oncology
- Cell therapy
- Academic research institutes
- CRO / Biopharma accounts
2️ Sales Enablement & Field Support
- Support sales team in high-value opportunity closures
- Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and product demos
- Develop technical sales tools, objection-handling frameworks, and positioning strategy
- Train regional sales teams on:
- Competitive positioning
- Application workflows
- Instrument configuration strategy
3️ Market Intelligence & Portfolio Strategy
- Track competitor activity
- Provide quarterly market insights:
- Pricing trends
- Technology shifts
- Application demand evolution
- Support new product launches and portfolio expansion
4️ KOL & Ecosystem Development
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and reference labs
- Support workshops, seminars, and scientific events
- Generate local application data and customer success stories
5️ Vendor & Internal Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary technical-commercial interface with manufacturer
- Support tender strategy and technical compliance
- Work cross-functionally with:
- Sales
- Service
- Marketing
- Supply Chain

Required Qualifications
Education
- MSc / PhD in Life Sciences, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related field
Experience
- 5–10 years experience in:
- Flow cytometry applications OR
- Technical sales OR
- Product management (life science instruments)
