Job Description

A Technical Support Administrator is responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations within an organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support (onsite & remote)
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage user accounts (Active Directory, email systems)
  • Support Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
  • Monitor ticketing system and resolve incidents within SLA
  • Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus management
  • Assist with server and network maintenance
  • Document issues and solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff

Required Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of:
  • Windows 10/11 & basic Windows Server
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Microsoft 365
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
  • Basic cybersecurity awareness
  • Good communication & customer service skills
