The Role

We are looking for a versatile IT & Business Technology Specialist who will serve as our in-house technology expert. This role reports directly to the CEO and has a high-impact, high-visibility scope across every department.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for hotel portfolio performance, revenue tracking, rate code analysis, and client reporting
  • Create automated reporting systems that pull data from multiple sources (PMS systems, OTAs, CRM) into actionable insights
  • Develop KPI tracking dashboards for internal team productivity and client-facing performance metrics
  • Build ad-hoc reports and data visualizations as requested by leadership

IT Administration & Platform Management

  • Administer and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Manage Zoho suite (Zoho People, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk) configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
  • Handle Google Workspace administration as needed for client-facing operations
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, security policies, and license allocations across all platforms
  • Troubleshoot email deliverability issues, DNS/SPF/DKIM/DMARC configurations, and connectivity problems
  • Serve as the go-to person for all technology-related questions and issues from staff

Automation & Workflow Optimization

  • Design and implement workflow automations using tools such as Power Automate, Make.com (Integromat), Zapier, or similar platforms
  • Automate repetitive tasks across departments including data entry, report generation, notifications, and client onboarding processes
  • Integrate disparate systems to create seamless data flows between CRM, PMS, email, and reporting tools
  • Identify and eliminate manual bottlenecks in day-to-day operations through technology solutions

Technology Strategy & Implementation

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new software tools and technologies to improve team productivity
  • Lead technology migration projects (e.g., email platform migrations, CRM transitions, new tool rollouts)
  • Create training materials and conduct sessions to drive technology adoption among team members
  • Maintain documentation for all systems, processes, and standard operating procedures
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly AI tools and automation platforms, and recommend practical applications

Must Have

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, business systems administration, or a similar technology-focused role
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI including DAX formulas, data modeling, and creating interactive dashboards from scratch
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD basics)
  • Experience with at least one automation platform (Power Automate, Make.com, Zapier, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with Zoho suite products (CRM, People, Desk) or ability to learn quickly
  • Solid understanding of email infrastructure (DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email deliverability)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to independently research and resolve technical issues
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for collaborating with US-based team and clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
