Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support the growth of Nuelments through online marketing, order tracking, and customer relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, sales coordination, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in online marketing activities (social media promotions, campaign support, influencer coordination)
• Support sales generation and lead follow-ups
• Track product orders, dispatch, and delivery status to ensure smooth fulfillment
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and relationship management across WhatsApp, website, and marketplaces
• Maintain daily sales and marketing reports
• Coordinate with logistics and operations team for delivery updates
• Help optimize product listings and promotional offers

Requirements

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to manage order tracking and coordination
• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
• Responsible, organized, and eager to learn
