Customer Support Executive – Work From Office

Work Details:

Shift: 9 hours/day (including breaks)

Working: 6 days/week (rotational shifts)

Week Off: Rotational

Cab Facility: Not Available

Job Role:

Handle inbound customer calls

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information

Ensure customer satisfaction and proper call documentation

Good communication in English and Hindi
