Within NielsenIQ Global Customer Organization, Global Deployment mission is to be the trusted central hub for deployment expertise, driving service excellence, customer satisfaction, and maximizing the impact of technology on business outcomes, all while ensuring continuous stability and reliability of our core products.

Role Overview
As part of the Global Deployment organization, the APAC Deployment Lead/PMO owns end-to-end delivery of deployments across APAC (inclusive of India) markets, combining program management discipline with hands-on deployment leadership. This role is accountable for tasks such as client onboarding planning, requirement and risk validation, cross-functional coordination, escalation management, regional governance, and transition to BAU, ensuring deployments are well-planned, consistently executed, and fully visible to local, regional, and global stakeholders.
The role serves as APAC’s primary interface into the Global Deployment ecosystem, ensuring regional execution aligns with global standards, while reflecting local market needs to drive high-quality deployment outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End deployment ownership from intake through GoLive and BAU transition, validating scope, requirements, readiness, and dependencies while coordinately delivery with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met and properly managed
- Serve as primary point of contact for APAC-specific deployment execution
- Effectively manage relationships with cross-functional teams such as Ops, Product, Sales Engineering, CS, Sales, and other critical project stakeholders
- Centrally lead necessary governance for regional projects, acting as point of escalation and cascading for internal feedback loops for process development
- Drive delivery discipline through structured project planning, timeline maintenance, RAID logs, execution tracking, and documentation
- Maintain a regional pulse for Global Deployment pipeline capacity and resource planning
- Contribute to global dashboarding and program reporting for APAC deployment activities to provide leadership with clear summaries of risks, blockers, and support needs
- Capture lessons learned, maintain regional documentation and SOPs, and contribute to ongoing evolution of Global Deployment playbooks, FAQs, and ways of working

Qualifications
- Proven project management experience in complex, multi-team environments.
- Strong stakeholder management with verbal and written communication skills across cultures and time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate stakeholders to achieve program objectives amidst other business priorities.
- Familiarity with technical delivery components.
- Ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously with strong organizational discipline.
- Experience supporting APAC markets for FMCG and T&D clients preferred.
