Job Description

Store Manager Role & responsibilities

1. Studio & Team Management

  • Supervise and manage a team of store executives and part-time workshop facilitators.
  • Oversee daily studio operations including conducting workshops, opening/closing duties (10:00 am 8:00 PM), inventory, equipment readiness, and store hygiene.
  • Ensure the team is aligned with brand SOPs and delivering a seamless customer experience.

2. Workshop Oversight & Support

  • Oversee the scheduling and execution of tufting workshops, stepping in to lead select sessions when required.
  • Maintain quality control of workshop facilitation and customer experience throughout the session lifecycle.
  • Handle on-ground issues with confidence, ensuring smooth conflict resolution and quick response.

3. Customer Experience & Service

  • Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat visits.
  • Train team members in hospitality, product knowledge, and soft skills.
  • Personally attend to key customers or special bookings, as needed.

4. Events & External Engagement

  • Coordinate and lead studio participation in offsite events, exhibitions, and private workshops.
  • Manage logistics, manpower planning, and ensure brand experience is consistent across locations.

5. Reporting & Operational Improvements

  • Maintain records including daily sales reports, attendance, inventory, and staff schedules.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify areas of improvement and implement process

Preferred candidate profile

A gratuate in any discipline

A background in retail is a plus

0 to 4 years of experience in client facing

Strong people management, Problem solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable to work on weekends, holidays and peak seasons

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
