We are looking for a proactive and responsible Tech Support & Coordinator to join our EdTech operations team. The ideal candidate will act as a single point of contact between teachers, parents, and management, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution during US working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for parents, teachers, and internal teams
  • Handle technical support queries with minimal turnaround time
  • Coordinate and manage parent–teacher meetings
  • Ensure zero escalations from parents or teachers by resolving issues effectively
  • Independently manage tasks with minimal team support
  • Address customer queries professionally and within defined timelines
  • Maintain clear communication and follow-ups with all stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during the assigned shift

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic technical knowledge (online platforms, troubleshooting, virtual tools, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in EdTech / Customer Support / Coordination roles is a plus
  • Comfortable working in US night shift (1 AM – 10 AM IST)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
