Job Description
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- System Configuration: Installing and upgrading operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and business applications like Microsoft 365 or Teams.
- Network Support: Resolving connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPNs, and basic router/switch troubleshooting.
- User Management: Creating and managing user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory or cloud environments.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of support tickets, technical processes, and creating knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Security & Backups: Monitoring antivirus status, assisting with security patches, and ensuring data backup and recovery processes are operational.
