Job Description

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • System Configuration: Installing and upgrading operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and business applications like Microsoft 365 or Teams.
  • Network Support: Resolving connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPNs, and basic router/switch troubleshooting.
  • User Management: Creating and managing user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory or cloud environments.
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of support tickets, technical processes, and creating knowledge base articles for future reference.
  • Security & Backups: Monitoring antivirus status, assisting with security patches, and ensuring data backup and recovery processes are operational.
