(Job Location) Mantri Square Mall, Bengaluru HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Work Days & Timings) Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (About the Role) We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Optometrist who is passionate about eye care and patient satisfaction. The role involves conducting eye examinations, assisting customers with vision solutions, and ensuring a high standard of service at our retail locations. (Key Responsibilities) Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests Assess eye health and identify vision issues Prescribe corrective lenses and guide customers on suitable eyewear Assist customers with frame and lens selection based on prescription and lifestyle needs Educate customers on eye care, lens usage, and maintenance Maintain accurate patient records and examination details Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and professionalism Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth daily operations (Qualifications & Skills) 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Optometry (preferred) Strong knowledge of basic optometry practices Excellent English communication skills (mandatory) Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Willingness to work in a retail environment
