Technical Support and Implementation (CBS)
Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We are seeking a proactive CBS Implementation & Support Executive to manage core banking solution (CBS) deployment and provide day-to-day application support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth data migration, system testing, and ongoing maintenance while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Migrate customer and transaction data into the CBS system safely and accurately.
· Test the system (UAT/SIT) and support during go-live.
· Monitor CBS applications and resolve user issues within agreed timelines (L1/L2 support).
· Run SQL queries and basic database checks to troubleshoot problems.
· Coordinate with vendors, internal IT teams, and clients for bug fixes or upgrades.
· Prepare simple user guides and provide training to bank staff.
· Ensure the system follows RBI/banking security and compliance rules.
· Keep records of changes, issues, and solutions for future reference.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in CBS implementation/support.
- Basic SQL and database knowledge.
- Familiarity with banking operations and RBI compliance is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
