Job Description

Handle day-to-day office administration activities

Maintain office records, files, and documentation

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules

Manage office supplies and vendor coordination

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Support HR and accounts team with basic documentation

IT Support Duties:

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

Install and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment

Maintain email accounts and system access

Troubleshoot basic network and internet connectivity issues

Coordinate with external IT vendors for major technical issues

Ensure data backup and system security compliance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (IT background preferred)

1–3 years of experience in administration and/or IT support

Basic knowledge of networking and computer hardware

Proficiency in MS Office and email systems

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of LAN/WAN setup

Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows/Mac systems

Ability to multitask and work independently

Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
