Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:

• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

• Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage branch resources effectively to optimize performance.
• Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and branch management, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of banking and financial products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
