By accessing or using OpenHire ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
- Post discriminatory job listings or content
5. Job Postings (For Employers)
5.1 Posting Requirements
Employers must:
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Include transparent salary ranges
- Comply with all employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations
- Have legitimate job openings
5.2 Employer Responsibilities
Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions and interactions with candidates. OpenHire is not an employer and does not make hiring decisions.
6. Candidate Applications
Candidates represent that all information provided in applications is accurate and truthful. False information may result in account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content
The Platform and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by OpenHire and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant OpenHire a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide our services.
8. Fees and Payment
Certain features may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
9. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF USERS OR THE QUALITY OF JOB POSTINGS OR APPLICATIONS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPENHIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
